Did not receive everything I ordered

I ordered the Evatac Combat Bag and the Molle Water Bottle Holder, but only the combat bag arrived to my house. Can I please have the Molle Water Bottle Holder sent to my house as well or a refund? I sent a message to you guys early February about this and I haven't heard back; it is now March 18. Also, the contact phone number and email address shown on your web page did not work.
